Assembly Operator – 2nd Shift 3p-11p
This position is responsible for assembly of product. Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools. Assemble parts as necessary to meet production standards. Must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics, torque wrenches and various gauges and other tools. Perform source inspection using traveling check sheet on every unit. Perform daily TPM. Uses stop line authority at any sign of safety or quality concerns. Perform daily duties per work instructions/standard work. Completes all daily data collection as established. Must perform 5S activities. Must be able to read blueprints. Must have a good understanding of inventory control, and understand what constitutes quality products. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions, and the ability to obtain a forktruck license. Must recognize the importance of working in a safe manner. Possess basic math skills and have average or above average skills in numeric and visual recall. Must be computer literate. This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in extreme temperatures and to stand for long periods of time. Must have excellent work history and provide work references. Assembly experience if preferred.
Press Operator – Overlap Shift 11a-7p
This position requires setting up different dies and shears to produce a variety of parts according to blueprint specifications while meeting the production standard. Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools, possess basic math skills, and read blueprints. Must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Perform source inspection using traveling check sheet and perform daily TPM. Use stop line authority at any sign of safety or quality concerns; complete daily data collection, and perform 5S activities. Must have good understanding of inventory control and what constitutes quality products, and recognize the importance of working in a safe manner. Must be computer literate. Must possess average or above average skills in numeric and visual recall. Must be able to obtain forktruck license. This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in extreme temperatures and to stand for long periods of time. Must have excellent work history and provide work references. Stamping experience is preferred.
Machine Operator – 1st Shift 7a-3p
This position requires previous CNC machining experience and ability to set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce parts. Successful candidate must machine parts to blue print specification while meeting the production standard, use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics, and different types of gauges, perform first, last and in-process inspections. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions, possess basic math skills, and have a bias for safety and quality. This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Vice President of Engineering
Reyco Granning, LLC has an opening at its Mt. Vernon production facility for a Vice President of Engineering. This position will report to the President.
The VP of Engineering provides engineering leadership and establishes overall objectives and initiatives for the engineering department. Leads development of new products and product enhancements utilizing our Synchronized Solution Development (SSD) process (phase gate approach). Works with sales and marketing to identify new opportunities to meet customer requirements. Establishes processes and procedures necessary to become a world-class engineering organization and product development machine. Ensures product integrity and robustness to meet warranty expense goals & product performance expectations.
This position requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering with an advance degree being preferred;
fifteen (15) years of successful and progressively more responsible engineering and product development experience; a high level of industry awareness and experience in the heavy duty truck, trailer, bus, motorhome or automotive industry, particularly with chassis systems; a record of completed design projects that are successful in the market; a demonstrated creative problem solving experience and five (5) years in leading process improvement initiatives. Iventorship on patents is also preferred.
Occasional travel to customers, suppliers and trade shows also required.

Regional Sales Manager (South Eastern)
Reyco Granning, LLC is currently seeking to fill an opening for the Regional Sales Manager (South Eastern). This position will report to the Regional Sales Director. This position is to achieve Profitable sales, objectives by growing current customer sales volume, winning new customers, and providing data and marketplace feedback in the Suspension, and LD, MD, HD on highway and off highway marketplace. This position will serve as a liaison between the RSM peers and a customer.
Responsibilities include adhering to and demonstrating the company’s core values on a daily basis; identifying and pursuing sales opportunities; growing and maintain customer base to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals (cultivates and maintains long term), professional relationships with customers with the intent to grow sales and help customer achieve their growth objectives; maintains the company’s product competitiveness via market and customer research and provides ongoing sales support for customers; processes customer requests and orders; maintains a focused travel schedule to win new business opportunities; attends an participates in Trade Shows to effectively and appropriately represent Reyco Granning and its products; sells system solutions instead, coordinates with the appropriate departments to quickly resolve customer issues/concerns; assists customers with general requests, needs and account maintenance and training; completes and submits daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales report in a timely manner; conducts cold calls in a targeted sales effort; carries out all other duties as assigned; works with outside sales representatives and provides them with support and training where needed.
Requirements include the ability to achieve sales and profitability objectives; must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be an articulate communicator (both verbal and written, i.e. e-mail, word, etc.); able and willing to work as an individual contributor and as part of a high-performance team; possess the ability to work well with others toward a shared goal while meeting customer needs; possess the proven ability to sell and upsell. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and possess attention to detail and the ability to quickly and effectively resolve problems. Must possess the ability to effectively manage your time and prioritize work as necessary; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales/customer service required; proven track record for meeting and exceeding company sales goals; working knowledge of account management solutions preferred; Bi-lingual is a plus. This position requires the ability to operate a telephone, computer, calculator, copier, fax machine, scanner and any other office equipment. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be able to travel, sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.
Travel via car and airplane required; must live near an airport; approximately 75-80% travel per month; minimum 15 days per month, must provide own transportation for travel within territory. This position will service FL, GA, SC, NC, AL, MS, TN and Eastern LA. This position is generally located in an office environment but will require employee to engage in activities within a warehouse or manufacturing environment for limited periods of time.
