Reyco Granning LLC has an opening for a Buyer/Planner for its Mt. Vernon production facility. This position will report to the Purchasing Manager and is primarily responsible for coordinating company purchases of required inventory while managing physical and/or digital purchasing records; maintaining accurate records of current and prospective suppliers related documents and their performance; working to remove costs where possible and/or consolidate supplier requirements; may also be required to purchase other goods, supplies and services.
Responsibilities include placing purchase order for materials as needed; managing proper stocking levels for your area of responsibility; keeping management advised of any material shortages that would impact ability to meet customer orders; maintaining accurate pricing for products in system; expediting material as needed; maintaining accurate records for all purchases and related supplier documents; assisting management as needed.
Qualifications include strong analytical abilities and working well under pressure; strong organizational skills; computer and software skills and expediting skills. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED. Some college education preferred with emphasis in supply chain, commerce, or related field. Relevant business certifications a plus.

Field Service/Warranty Manager
Reyco Granning LLC has an opening for a Field Service/Warranty Manager. This position will report to the Validation Engineer. Home base in Mt. Vernon, MO strongly preferred, but Lafayette, IN may be considered. This position will work with customers in resolving their field or warranty issues; oversee and administer the warranty claim and resolution process in support of the policy established for each model; work with product engineering to identify and implement changes to improve product performance and reliability; assist customers with installations of suspensions, training on installation, inspection and maintenance requirements while providing ongoing customer support; perform sales support calls and training for prospective fleet and dealer customers; administer recall programs; be responsible for the accuracy of installation and maintenance manuals. May be asked to serve on industry technical groups; direct the production of maintenance or repair videos in conjunction with the marketing department; produce test requirements to reproduce field failures. In conjunction with engineering, sets up testing to validate field fixes. At times, may be asked to make sales calls and aid in marketing analysis.
Responsibilities include working with team to develop innovative solutions to customer requirements; ensures projects are completed on time; administers warranty claims process and resolution; assess and evaluate root cause of field issues; communicating field issues to product engineers and manufacturing; installation and Maintenance Manual design input and update as needed; produce training guidelines, videos, tools and processes; support the sales process for new customers and existing customers.
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills; good computer skills: Fourth shift, MS Excel, Access, Outlook and Word; ability to access and understand engineering drawings; experience working with customers and prospective customers in a consultative manner; an understanding of and use of LEAN tools preferred.
Requirements include a two (2) year technical degree or four (4) years of applicable industry experience. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 lbs. or 100 lbs. with assistance. Travel up to 60%.

Assembly Operator (1st Shift 7a-3p)
This position is responsible for assembly of product. Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools. Assemble parts as necessary to meet production standards. Must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics, torque wrenches and various gauges and other tools. Perform source inspection using traveling check sheet on every unit. Perform daily TPM. Uses stop line authority at any sign of safety or quality concerns. Perform daily duties per work instructions/standard work. Completes all daily data collection as established. Must perform 5S activities. Must be able to read blueprints. Must have a good understanding of inventory control, and understand what constitutes quality products. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions, and the ability to obtain a forktruck license. Must recognize the importance of working in a safe manner. Possess basic math skills and have average or above average skills in numeric and visual recall. Must be computer literate. This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in extreme temperatures and to stand for long periods of time. Must have excellent work history and provide work references. Assembly experience if preferred.
Machine Operator (1st shift 7a-3P)
This position requires previous CNC machining experience and ability to set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce parts. Successful candidate must machine parts to blue print specification while meeting the production standard, use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics, and different types of gauges, perform first, last and in-process inspections. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions, possess basic math skills, and have a bias for safety and quality. This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in extreme temperatures and to stand for long periods of time. Must have excellent work history and provide work references.
