National Account Manager
Reyco Granning is currently seeking to fill an opening for a National Account Manager. This position will report to the Director of Powered Vehicles, and will be responsible for selling Reyco Granning Power Vehicle products and solutions to assigned accounts consistent with the PV sales plan and GM goals. The National Account Manager establishes and maintains relationships with OEMs, aftermarket and key distributors and uses industry knowledge to provide best suspension solutions. Provides an informed, effective link to other Reyco Granning departments in order to communicate feedback and future customer requirements.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field; at least ten (10) years of field sales experience in the transportation industry. Must have a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with customer top level management and partner with them to understand their business challenges. Must also have demonstrated strategic thinking skills, leadership, sales and project management abilities and the ability to conceptualize solutions that will enhance the customers’ business.
Physical demands involve significant overnight travel.
Reyco Granning, LLC is currently seeking a Shipping Specialist to be based at its Mt. Vernon, Missouri manufacturing facility, reporting to the Plant Production Superintendent.
This position will be responsible for supporting and improving inventory flow and accuracy throughout the manufacturing unit. This position will play an active role in process improvement efforts to ensure all material flow and shipping processes across the entire manufacturing value stream meet expectations. This role will also be required to assist in reporting missed shipment issues, as we as participate and lead efforts to address customer order and delivery concerns. This position is an active member of the Manufacturing team.
Duties include participating and leading internal process and inventory audit activities; Conduct inventory cycle counts function when needed to determine inventory discrepancies. Use practical problem solving approach to develop and implement countermeasure plans to address any gaps discovered during audits. Perform various levels of audits such as finished goods material flow, in-process material flow and WIP inventory audits. Analyze data related to shipping and material flow related issues. Provide backup support for Shipping Clerk functions. Develop competency in utilizing MRP system to address inventory or material flow concerns. Train other employees of effective use of the MRP system. Participate in the implementation of process improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and reduce process variation and prevent defects. Develop competency in leading Kaizen events and support activities to bring about improvement. Use data analysis approach to support problem solving activities by establishing data collection, data trending, establishing Pareto and determining focus areas. Work with appropriate team members to implement countermeasures, corrective and preventive solutions across all manufacturing value streams. Support and promote “Quality at the Source” principles. Participate in and lead cross-functional process improvement events to address non-conformance. Train employees on latest updates of standard work, improvement tools and techniques as required.
This position requires a minimum of two to four years of manufacturing experience with an Associate’s Degree being preferred; Will also consider Tech School or High School graduates with the right skills and experience. The successful candidate must have the ability to establish and maintain and organized work environment, the ability to use a computer and software applications (MS Office), good written and verbal communication skills, good follow-up and knowledge of safety and security measures when utilizing equipment and handling materials. And exposure to problem solving and continuous improvement approaches being preferred.
Reyco Granning, LLC has an opening for a 1st shift Manufacturing Supervisor. This position reports to the Plant Production Superintendent and provides overall supervision of direct and indirect employees within the assigned production area. The supervisor manages the department to accomplish effective setup, run and completion of quality products, the completion of required documentation, preventive maintenance of equipment and housekeeping in their area. This position makes decisions based on the priority of safety first, quality second, delivery third and continuous improvement fourth.
This position requires the drive to provide a safe working environment for employees, a strong bias for quality, a commitment to customer satisfaction, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and excellent problem solving skills. The successful applicant will have a good understanding of P&L financials and adaptability to change associated with LEAN efforts. A minimum of five years manufacturing experience and a high school diploma is required. A college degree is preferred.
Reyco Granning, LLC has an opening for a Quality Engineer in its Mt. Vernon, Missouri production facility. This position will report to the Quality Manager.
The Quality Engineer will drive activities concerned with development, application, maintenance & improvement of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products. Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation. Devise sampling procedures and design and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data. Establish programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment. Develop and implement methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devise methods to assess cost and solve root cause. Lead root cause analysis to address external & internal quality related problems. Support team members engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability. Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality assurance activities. Provide leadership in transforming quality management system across Reyco Granning.
This position requires a BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Experience requirements include ISO 9000 / PPAP requirements, prior experience in process improvement, error proofing, DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, process flow diagrams, and lean manufacturing. Must have a strong statistical background. Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, strong ISO and/or other quality management systems and Six Sigma Black belt are preferred.
Physical demands include the ability to stand / walk in excess of eight (8) hours per day, to work in plant temperatures ranging from 65 – 105 degrees, and lifting up to 45 pounds infrequently.

Strong statistical background, customer orientation and ISO 9000 PPAP experience are required, with Six Sigma Black belt training, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), ISO and/or other quality management systems background being preferred.
Lead Test Lab Technician
Reyco Granning is currently seeking a Lead Test Lab Technician to work with Reyco Granning’s cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Customer Service and Purchasing. Specific responsibilities include managing the daily activities of the R & D Lab, assisting in the set-up of test equipment, developing fixtures and tooling to accommodate RV, truck, bus, fire truck and other vehicles. Will work with the Program Launch Manager to upgrade the lab to achieve optimum output and performance, prioritize and execute test plans per program time lines and communicate results. This position will require minimal travel (less than 10%)
This position requires a high school diploma or GED with a technical degree being preferred. Will also consider a degree in process. Requires a minimum of three (3) years experience, working knowledge of medium and heavy duty suspension and steering systems preferred, medium and heavy duty truck maintenance and repair, customer development, direct sales or customer service experience, training in a classroom or shop environment. This position requires excellent mechanical abilities, ability to use a wide variety of hand tools, the ability to read and interpret engineering detail and assembly drawings, computer skills such as MS Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Shipping (Overlap Shift 11a-7p)
This position require a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and standing for long periods of time. Ability to load/unload trucks, load/unload paint line, and possible painting, ability to read blueprints, understand inventory control, assemble, pick, pack, palletize, label and ship customer orders.
Work involves assembling parts, must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics, torque wrenches and different types of gauges, perform first, last and in-process inspections. Ability to select correct part & quantity of parts per customer order using bar code gun, pack items in correct size box, load boxed parts on pallet, (one order per pallet), stretch wrap, ticket and ship customer orders based on customer needs and meet the production standard. Pick parts from inventory and deliver to appropriate department as needed.
Must be able to follow written and verbal directions. Have or obtain a fork truck license. Must have excellent work history and provide work references. Experience is preferred.
