Regional Sales Manager – Central

Reyco Granning, LLC is currently seeking to fill an opening for the Regional Sales Manager – Central.  This position will report to the Director of Sales (Regional).  This position is to achieve profitable sales, objectives by growing current customer sales volume, winning new customers, and providing data and marketplace feedback in the suspension, and LD, MD, HD on highway and off highway marketplace.

Responsibilities include adhering to and demonstrating the company’s core values on a daily basis; identifying and pursuing sales opportunities; growing and maintain customer base to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals (cultivates and maintains long term), professional relationships with customers with the intent to grow sales and help customer achieve their growth objectives; maintains the company’s product competitiveness via market and customer research and provides ongoing sales support for customers; processes customer requests and orders; maintains a focused travel schedule to win new business opportunities; attends an participates in trade shows to effectively and appropriately represent Reyco Granning and its products; sells system solutions instead, coordinates with the appropriate departments to quickly resolve customer issues/concerns; assists customers with general requests, needs and account maintenance and training; completes and submits daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales report in a timely manner; conducts cold calls in a targeted sales effort; carries out all other duties as assigned; works with outside sales representatives and provides them with support and training where needed.

Requirements include the ability to achieve sales and profitability objectives; must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be an articulate communicator (both verbal and written, i.e. e-mail, word, etc.); able and willing to work as an individual contributor and as part of a high-performance team; possess the ability to work well with others toward a shared goal while meeting customer needs; possess the proven ability to sell and upsell.  Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and possess attention to detail and the ability to quickly and effectively resolve problems.  Must possess the ability to effectively manage your time and prioritize work as necessary; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales/customer service required; proven track record for meeting and exceeding company sales goals; working knowledge of account management solutions preferred; Bi-lingual is a plus. This position requires the ability to operate a telephone, computer, calculator, copier, fax machine, scanner and any other office equipment.  Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Must be able to travel, sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.

The candidate will work out of a home office in the Chicagoland region: within 120-mile radius of Chicago, IL.  Travel via car and airplane required; must live near an airport; approximately 75-80% travel per month; minimum 15 days per month, must provide own transportation for travel within territory.  Reimbursement for travel incurred on the company’s behalf will be made in accordance with the travel and entertainment policy.  This position will service MN, IA, WI, IL, MI, IN, OH, and KY.  This position is generally located in an office environment but will require employee to engage in activities within a warehouse or manufacturing environment for limited periods of time.

OEM Account Manager

Reyco Granning, LLC is currently seeking to fill an opening for an OEM Account Manager.  This position will report to the Director of Sales and will be assigned to and based near the Denton TX, Portland OR, or Seattle WA area.  This position is required to be on site at the customer a minimum of once per month; will maintain Sales Plan and GM goals for both customer OEM and Aftermarket Sales; establish and maintain relationships with customer dealer network; participate in Customer Marketing efforts, tradeshows and product training sessions; serve as the liaison between the customer and Reyco Granning;  foster a strong customer relationship, and serve as the customer advocate; provide advice and recommendations based on knowledge of Reyco Granning products and processes; collaborate with all functional areas of Reyco Granning to drive execution; participate in all meetings between Reyco Granning and the customer.

Responsibilities include managing pricing, tariffs, quotes, and program timing to customer Commodity Manager; providing weekly and daily status updates; maintaining effective and efficient communication between the customer and Reyco Granning; providing customer with continued support related to commercial issues, quality issues, delivery of product, manufacturing concerns, warranty concerns; provide customer forecast reports monthly to Reyco Granning materials group; providing deviations to the customer as needed per Reyco Granning quality system; maintaining and developing positive working relationships with customer’s engineering, materials, planning, quality, customer service, warranty/service and manufacturing groups; tracking and communicating all service and manufacturing issues, assisting with root cause analysis, and driving resolution and closure; proactively communicating any supplier based challenges to the appropriate Reyco Granning team.

Requirements include 5 plus years of experience in a customer facing, sales role or related field; strong personal interaction and presentation skills; excellent organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent computer skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.  Must provide own transportation for travel within territory.   The successful candidate must be self-motivated, driven with the ability to analyze data; results oriented; demonstrated problem solving skills with attention to detail; adaptability, with demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at one time.  Must possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to work well alone and with others; must have a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with customer top level management and partner with them to understand their business challenges.
