Regional Sales Manager – Central

Reyco Granning, LLC is currently seeking to fill an opening for the Regional Sales Manager – Central.  This position will report to the Director of Sales and Business Development and is to achieve profitable sales objectives by growing current customer sales volume, winning new customers, and providing technical data and marketplace feedback in the commercial vehicle suspension marketplace for both powered vehicles and trailers.

Responsibilities include adhering to and demonstrates the company’s core values on a daily basis; identifying and pursuing technical sales opportunities; growing and maintaining customer base to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals (cultivates and maintains long term), professional relationships with customers with the intent to grow sales and help the customer achieve their growth objectives; maintaining the company’s product competitiveness; providing ongoing technical sales support for customers; processing customer requests and orders; maintaining a focused travel schedule to win new business opportunities; attending and participating in trade shows to effectively and appropriately represent Reyco Granning and its products.  This position is to utilize consultative system solution selling methods and coordinate with the appropriate departments to quickly resolve customer issues/concerns; assist customers with general requests, needs, account maintenance, and training; work with dealers to provide them with support and training where needed to sell suspension products.   Must complete and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports in a timely manner, conduct cold calls in a targeted sales effort and carry out all other duties as assigned.

Must possess the following:  the ability to achieve sales and profitability objectives along with the ability to work well with others toward a shared goal while meeting customer needs; excellent interpersonal skills; ability and willingness to work as an individual contributor and as part of a high-performance team; ability to quickly and effectively resolve problems; the proven ability to sell and upsell, effectively manage your time, prioritize work as necessary, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; proven mechanical and/or technical ability to understand commercial vehicle suspension systems.  Must be an articulate communicator (both verbal & written i.e. email, word, etc.) and be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent industry experience.  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales/customer service preferred or Mechanical Engineering degree in lieu of sales experience.  Must possess a proven track record for meeting and exceeding company sales goals.  A working knowledge of account management solutions is preferred.  This position requires the ability to operate a telephone, computer, calculator, copier, fax machine, scanner, and any other office equipment.  Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Must be able to travel, sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.  This position is generally located in an office environment but will require employee to engage in activities within a warehouse or manufacturing environment for limited periods of time.  Travel via car and airplane required.  Approximately 75-80% travel per month; minimum 15 days per month.  Must provide own transportation for travel within territory.  Mileage reimbursement paid.  This position will service WI, MI, IL, IN, and OH.  Interested candidates are asked to visit our Careers page @ www.reycogranning.com and follow the instructions associated with the Regional Sales Manager – Central position.  This position will remain posted until filled.

Receiving (Overlap Shift 11 am – 7 pm)

This position is responsible for unloading trucks, verifying the number of containers against the bill of lading, documenting any freight damages or missing pallets and/or containers, checking parts in against the packing list to verify part number and quantities, stocking parts, pulling parts for use in manufacturing, cycle counting parts as needed.  Responsibilities include unloading trucks and verifying all freight received against bills of material, checking in all parts received and verifying against packing list, segregating parts out that need to be inspected by Quality, stocking parts in the warehouse once received, pulling parts for use in manufacturing, cycle count parts as needed.  Must be able to read blueprints, must have a good understanding of inventory control, must be able to follow written and verbal instructions, must have or be able to obtain a fork truck license, must recognize the importance of working in a safe manner.  Must have the ability to understand what constitutes quality products, must possess basic math skills, must have average or above-average skills in numeric and visual recall, must be computer literate.  Experience is preferred.  A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred.  Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

MIS Network Engineer

Reyco Granning LLC has an opening for an MIS Network Engineer for its Mt. Vernon, MO production facility.  This position will report to the MIS System Administrator and will be responsible for maintaining the local Windows-based servers, workstations, printers, hubs, switches, phone systems, and supporting remote employees with VPN access and other related equipment. The individual should be a team player with strong problem-solving capabilities.  Excellent interpersonal skills are an asset as this position must interact with personnel at all levels to determine business needs as well as communicate technical and business solutions. This position will also provide customer support as required for software applications.  The ability to proactively communicate issues and solutions and to manage time effectively is critical.

Responsibilities include user support, maintenance of computer and phone equipment, installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP, configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security, maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting, investigating faults in the network, updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases and creating and maintaining documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, and service records.  This position is to collaborate with the MIS System Administrator on scheduled upgrades and to assess near and long-term network capacity needs.

Qualifications include five to seven years of experience managing and supporting enterprise-level IP networks.  Must possess proven experience with network management best practices along with proven technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards; knowledge and application support experience with network monitoring and analysis software; competence with testing tools and procedures for data circuits; extensive knowledge of Windows servers, workstations, laptops, and Active Directory.  Also, knowledge of Hubs and Switches, including category 5 cabling standards, Virus detection, prevention and removal, Wireless Communications, and Wireless encryption required.  Experience requirements include five to seven years experience with Windows operating system with emphasis on Microsoft Office Professional, along with five to seven years’ experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Intel-based workstations and excellent hardware troubleshooting.  Must have knowledge of communications including 802.11, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.  Physical demands include occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience required.  Microsoft and Cisco certifications are considered a plus. (2) Welder (2nd shift; 3p – 11p)

This position is responsible for welding of products. Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools. Weld parts as necessary to meet production standards. Must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics, torque wrenches, and various gauges, and other tools. Perform source inspection using a traveling check sheet on every unit. Perform daily TPM. Uses stop the line authority at any sign of safety or quality concerns. Performs daily duties per work instructions/standard work. Completes all daily data collection as established. Must perform daily 5S activities, use LEAN efforts, and work as a team. Must be able to read blueprints. Must have a good understanding of inventory control. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must have or be able to obtain a fork truck license. Must recognize the importance of working in a safe manner. Ability to understand what constitutes quality products. Possess basic math skills. Average or above-average skills in numeric and visual recall. Must be computer literate. Requires high school diploma or GED. Welding school preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work in sometimes extreme temperatures. Welding experience preferred. Must have excellent work history and provide work references.
