  • District Sales Manager (revised) Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning LLC has an opening for a District Sales Manager to sell Reyco Granning products and solutions to assigned accounts in the northern and eastern U.S. regions.  This person will meet or exceed sales quota, key performance indicators and gross margin objectives; use industry, customer and product knowledge to provide suspension solutions to solve customer problems and book new business.  Must be able to develop territory plans, accurately forecast quarterly and annual results, develop and maintain customer relationships, perform quarterly distribution inspections of all authorized distributors to ensure compliance with genuine Reyco parts buy.  Extensive overnight travel is required; up to 75% of time. This position will report to the VP of Aftermarket.

    This position requires 3 years of inside or field sales experience, preferably in the transportation industry.  Retail and distribution management experience is a plus.  Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, solution selling ability, a good understanding of the transportation industry, time management and planning skills and computer literacy.  French language is desired.

  • 1st Shift Manufacturing Supervisor Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning, LLC has an opening for a 1st shift Manufacturing Supervisor in the Mt. Vernon plant. This position reports to the Plant Production Superintendent and provides overall supervision of direct and indirect employees within the assigned production area. The supervisor manages the department to accomplish effective setup, run and completion of quality products, the completion of required documentation, preventive maintenance of equipment and housekeeping in their area.  This position makes decisions based on the priority of safety first, quality second, delivery third and continuous improvement fourth.

    This position requires the drive to provide a safe working environment for employees, a strong bias for quality, a commitment to customer satisfaction, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and excellent problem solving skills.  The successful applicant will have a good understanding of P&L financials.  A minimum of five years manufacturing experience and a high school diploma is required.  A college degree is preferred.

  • Program Manager Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning has an opening for a Program Manager based in Mt. Vernon.  This position reports to the V.P. of Engineering and will be responsible for project management of product development across internal functions to ensure that all deliverables are met.

    This position requires a BS degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree, ten (10) years’ experience in product design, development and production release, preferably within the heavy duty truck industry.  Strong understanding of CAD (preferably SolidWorks), competency in MRP and other business systems, knowledge of GD&T, tolerance and feasibility studies is required.  Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.  Knowledge of heavy duty truck, trailer and specialty vehicle suspension systems is preferred.

  • Project Engineer (2 positions) Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning is currently seeking to fill two openings for a Project Engineer to be based in either Mt. Vernon, MO or Lafayette, IN.  These positions are responsible for designing, testing and documenting suspensions for the heavy duty powered vehicle and trailer markets.

    These positions require a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree, two to five years’ experience in product design (preferably vehicular suspensions), with experience in 3D modeling, and Finite Element Analysis.

    Must possess excellent problem solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills, attention to details, good computer skills (Fourth Shift, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word, SolidWorks  or equivalent systems), be versed in DFMEA, DVP and 8D tools.  Must also be able to work on multiple projects at one time.

  • Sr. Project Engineer (2 positions) Lafayette, IN

    Reyco Granning is currently seeking to fill two openings for a Sr. Project Engineer to be based in either Lafayette, IN or Mt. Vernon, MO.  These positions are responsible for designing, testing and documenting suspensions for the heavy duty powered vehicle and trailer markets.

    These positions require a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree, five to ten years’ experience in product design of vehicular suspensions or similar with experience in 3D modeling, structural analysis, APQP processes and Finite Element Analysis.  This position will use SolidWorks/SolidWorks Simulation for the design of product and will be responsible for the set up and supervision of testing, work with suppliers, the manufacturing team, and customers.  May also be responsible for field installations or prototypes and providing customer support as necessary.

    Must possess excellent problem solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills, attention to details, good computer skills (Fourth Shift, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word, SolidWorks  or equivalent systems), be versed in DFMEA, DVP and 8D tools.  Must also be able to work on multiple projects at one time.

Plant

  • 2nd Shift Press Operator Mt. Vernon, MO

    This position completes work including setup of different dies and shears to produce a variety of parts according to blueprint specifications. Must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, gauges and other measuring tools. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in extreme temperatures and to stand for long periods of time.

    This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Successful candidate must have excellent work history and provide work references. Press operator experience is preferred.

    Hours: 3pm – 11pm

    Pay is:  $14.10/hr + $.20 shift pay.

  • 2nd Shift Welder Mt. Vernon, MO

    This position performs welding maintenance, repair, fabrication and construction on heavy duty suspensions. This position not only performs manual welding, but also robotic weld duties.   Candidate must demonstrate good basic weld skills and pass a weld test consisting of straight lines, circles, double pass, triple pass and achieve good weld penetration. Successful candidate must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics and other types of gauges, as well as perform first, last and in-process inspections. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in extreme temperatures and to stand for long periods of time.

    This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and candidates must also have attended a Vo-Tech or post graduate welding school, or have attained like experience as a welder with a minimum of one year experience welding. Weld certification is required, and at least one year of experience is preferred. Must have excellent work history and provide work references.

    Hours: 3pm – 11pm

    Pay is $14.60/hr + $.20 shift pay
