  • Chief Engineer Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning LLC has an opening for a Chief Engineer based out of the Mt. Vernon Office. This position will be responsible for managing the Trailer Value Stream engineering functions, including the Project and Sr. Project Engineers. The successful candidate will focus on and achieve goals consistent with the business plan, and create innovative and cost effective budgets for target markets and update current products for various new applications.

    This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; a Master’s Degree is preferred. Experience requirements include five years of engineering management, 3D modeling, Finite Element Analysis, five years successful and progressive responsible engineering and product development with two to five years’ experience in the design of vehicle suspensions preferred.

    Position will remain open until filled.

  • CNC Programmer Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning LLC has an opening for a CNC ProgrammerThis position will report to the Manufacturing Engineering function which reports to the VP of Operations. This position is responsible for programming and problem solving 3 and 4 axis horizontal/vertical CNC milling centers and lathes to maximize utilization in support of heavy duty suspension manufacturing.

    Position requires 3 to 5 years’ experience with Mazitrol, G-code, G & M Code, Cimco Editor, Solidworks, AutoCAD, machine set-ups and tooling.  A high school diploma is required; an Associates or BS degree in a technical field is preferred.

  • Supplier Quality Engineer Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning, LLC has an opening at its Mt. Vernon production facility for a Supplier Quality Engineer, reporting to the Quality Manager.  This position will administer and act as liaison for supplier quality programs, coordinate supplier corrective action requirements and provide indicators of supplier performance to management.

    This position requires a BS degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering or Quality, or related fields.  Computer literacy, knowledge of G D & T and S P C, ability to read blueprints, ability to understand customer requirements, good problem solving skills, ability to analyze and interpret quantitative data, excellent oral and written communication skills, and an understanding of vendor relationships including the supplier process is required.

  • Aftermarket Project Engineer Mt. Vernon, MO

    There is an opening for an Aftermarket Project Engineer at the Mt. Vernon production facility.  This position reports to the Aftermarket Value Stream and is responsible for documenting suspension components and service kits for use in the aftermarket channel, analyze parts usage and sales trends by segment of the aftermarket channel and forecast future unit movement in the channel based on analysis and current new product sales.  This position will also utilize existing product drawings, design service kit structure and individual components for service parts using SolidWorks and other CAD software as needed.  Create and update BOMs.  Generate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).  Support the R & D Lab as needed with testing requirements and fixture design.  Support the operations group in problem resolution and provide customer service support as needed.

    This position requires a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Additional requirements include advanced skills in 3D modeling and using SolidWorks and/or other CAD software.
