  • Sr. Project Engineer Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning is currently seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to be based in Mt. Vernon.  This position is responsible for designing, testing and documenting suspensions for medium and heavy duty powered vehicles. This position will use SolidWorks 3D CAD, Ansys FEA and Altair Simulation for the design of product and is responsible for the set up and supervision of testing.  This position will work with suppliers, the manufacturing team, sales team and customers to ensure the design meets functional, reliability, manufacturability and cost requirements.  This person must be able to function in a program team, matrix managed environment and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.  May also be responsible for field installations of prototypes and oversee testing at customer sites, providing customer support as necessary.

    This position requires a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree, five to ten years’ experience in design of vehicle suspension systems, 3Dmodeling, structural analysis, APQP processes, and Finite Element Analysis.

    Physical Demands include hands-on work involved with testing and installations, and travel potential of 10%.

  • Manufacturing Engineer (Revised) Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning, LLC is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for its Mt. Vernon production facility. This position is responsible for providing Technical & Engineering support for all Reyco Granning manufacturing value streams. This position drives improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost by utilizing continuous improvement, project management, and problem solving and working with internal and external resources.

    This position requires a BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering or similar technical degrees will be considered. Necessary experience includes AutoCAD SolidWorks or equivalent applications, demonstrated Lean/CI hands-on experiences, demonstrated Six Sigma / DMAIC problem solving experiences, demonstrated project/program management experiences, must be a technical problem solver who enjoys working with or training others, mechanical and machining expertise with demonstrated history of success, and must have CNC programming, prototype and new program support experience.

  • Senior Quality Engineer Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning, LLC has an opening for a Sr. Quality Engineer in its Mt. Vernon, Missouri production facility.  This position will report to the VP of Manufacturing.

    The Sr. Quality Engineer will plan and direct activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.  Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.  Devise sampling procedures and design and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.  Establish programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment.  Develop and implement methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devise methods to assess cost and solve root cause.  Supervise and direct workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.  Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality assurance activities. Provide leadership in transforming quality management system across Reyco Granning.

    This position requires a BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.  Experience requirements include ISO 9000 / PPAP requirements, prior experience with supplier quality, in process improvement, error proofing, DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, process flow diagrams, and lean manufacturing.  Must have a strong statistical background.  Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, strong ISO and/or other quality management systems and Six Sigma Black belt are preferred.

    Physical demands include the ability to stand / walk in excess of eight (8) hours per day, to work in plant temperatures ranging from 65 – 105 degrees, and lifting up to 45 pounds infrequently.

  • Manufacturing Supervisor (1st Shift) Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning, LLC has an opening for a 1st shift Manufacturing Supervisor.  This position reports to the Plant Production Superintendent and provides overall supervision of direct and indirect employees within the assigned production area. The supervisor manages the department to accomplish effective setup, run and completion of quality products, the completion of required documentation, preventive maintenance of equipment and housekeeping in their area.  This position makes decisions based on the priority of safety first, quality second, delivery third and continuous improvement fourth.

    This position requires the drive to provide a safe working environment for employees, a strong bias for quality, a commitment to customer satisfaction, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and excellent problem solving skills.  The successful applicant will have a good understanding of P&L financials and adaptability to change associated with LEAN efforts.  A minimum of five years manufacturing experience and a high school diploma is required.  A college degree is preferred.

     

  • District Sales Manager Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning, LLC is currently seeking a District Sales Manager to cover the states of MO, AR, KS, OK, TX, and LA.  This position will report to the Director of Trailer Suspensions.

    This position will be responsible for selling Reyco Granning products and solutions to assigned accounts in the territory, meeting or exceeding sales quota, key performance indicators and gross margin objectives.  Will establish and maintain relationships with trailer OEMs assigned in the territory.  Uses industry, customer and product knowledge to provide solutions to help solve customer business problems and book new business.  Provides an informed, effective link to other Reyco Granning departments to communicate feedback and future customer requirements.

    This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.  Must have a minimum of three (3) years of inside or field sales experience, transportation industry experience, and a demonstrated problem solving ability.  Must provide own transportation for travel within the territory and be able to drive for extended periods of time.  Extensive overnight travel approximately 75% of the time.

     

  • Marketing Intern, Part-time Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning is currently seeking a part-time Marketing Intern to work two or three days per week in its Mt. Vernon office.  This position will work closely with the Marketing Coordinator in providing support for all graphic design and layout needs for marketing publications media and tradeshow materials, as well as for sales and engineering as needed.  Duties include create/update graphics and layouts for sell sheets, price sheets, PowerPoint presentations, manuals and website updates; generate graphics and layouts for print ads, electronic campaigns, ability to shoot and edit product videos and corporate videos desired.  Ability to manage Reyco Granning YouTube Channel also desired.

    This position requires Junior level college with at least a B grade average.  Must be proficient in Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign), must possess skills in Microsoft Office Suite, and have a basic knowledge in printing and electronic publishing processes.  In-field experience is desired.

    This position requires a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree, five to ten years’ experience in product design of vehicular suspensions or similar with experience in 3D modeling, structural analysis, APQP processes and Finite Element Analysis.  This position will use SolidWorks/SolidWorks Simulation for the design of product and will be responsible for the set up and supervision of testing, work with suppliers, the manufacturing team, and customers.  May also be responsible for field installations or prototypes and providing customer support as necessary.

    Must possess excellent problem solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills, attention to details, good computer skills (Fourth Shift, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word, SolidWorks  or equivalent systems), be versed in DFMEA, DVP and 8D tools.  Must also be able to work on multiple projects at one time.

  • Director of Aftermarket ; Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning, LLC is currently seeking a Director of Aftermarket. This position will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing the strategic and tactical sales plans for the aftermarket value stream.  This person will assure strategies are consistent with the overall objectives of the organization, lead development of ideas for new products and enhancements of existing products to meet customer expectations and maximize revenue and profit growth.  This person will be responsible for the value stream P & L.  Will lead the VOC process with key customers to fully understand their needs and develop plans to meet them, and will establish proper and effective communication within and outside the company.

    This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent industry experience.  Must have a minimum of five (5) years of field sales experience and a strong understanding of the transportation industry, experience leading a multi-functional team and a demonstrated ability to lead LEAN initiatives.  Must possess excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, strong leadership and organizational abilities, resource and relationship management skills.  Overnight travel will be required as needed
