  • VP of Quality Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning, LLC has an opening at its Mt. Vernon production facility for Vice President of Quality, reporting to the President.

    This position will be responsible for ensuring the manufacture of quality products through the establishment and enforcement of quality standards and processes.

    This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and ten (10) years of experience in quality assurance management in an automotive environment. Excellent communication, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills are required.  Must also have a thorough understanding of the QS9000 Standard with TS16949 being preferred.  Periodic travel will be required.

  • Product Designer Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning LLC has an opening for a Product Designer in its Mt. Vernon office.  This position is primarily responsible for the design and documentation of suspensions, using SolidWorks CAD and other CAD software as needed, under the direction of the Engineering Department.  This position is responsible for updating existing drawings and documentation to support customers, manufacturing, purchasing, quality and other departments.  This position will also generate ECRs, manage the ECR process, provide support to the R & D Lab with testing and test fixture design; create and update BOMs, and provide support to the operations team as needed.  Some travel may be required.

    This position requires a High School Diploma with an Associate or BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering being preferred.  Requirements include advanced skills in 3D modeling using SolidWorks and/or other CAD software, attention to detail, the ability to work on several projects at one time, to work well alone and with others, and possess good communication skills.

  • District Sales Manager Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning LLC has an opening for a District Sales Manager to sell Reyco Granning products and solutions to assigned accounts in Canada and the northern U.S.  This person will meet or exceed sales quota, key performance indicators and gross margin objectives; use industry, customer and product knowledge to provide suspension solutions to solve customer problems and book new business.  Must be able to develop territory plans, accurately forecast quarterly and annual results, develop and maintain customer relationships, perform quarterly distribution inspections of all authorized distributors to ensure compliance with genuine Reyco parts buy.  Extensive overnight travel is required; up to 75% of time. This position will report to the VP of Aftermarket.

    This position requires 3 years of inside or field sales experience, preferably in the transportation industry.  Retail and distribution management experience is a plus.  Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, solution selling ability, a good understanding of the transportation industry, time management and planning skills and computer literacy.  French language is desired.

  • 1st Shift Manufacturing Supervisor Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning, LLC has an opening for a 1st shift Manufacturing Supervisor in the Mt. Vernon plant. This position reports to the Plant Production Superintendent and provides overall supervision of direct and indirect employees within the assigned production area. The supervisor manages the department to accomplish effective setup, run and completion of quality products, the completion of required documentation, preventive maintenance of equipment and housekeeping in their area.  This position makes decisions based on the priority of safety first, quality second, delivery third and continuous improvement fourth.

    This position requires the drive to provide a safe working environment for employees, a strong bias for quality, a commitment to customer satisfaction, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and excellent problem solving skills.  The successful applicant will have a good understanding of P&L financials.  A minimum of five years manufacturing experience and a high school diploma is required.  A college degree is preferred.

  • Program Manager Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning has an opening for a Program Manager based in Mt. Vernon.  This position reports to the V.P. of Engineering and will be responsible for project management of product development across internal functions to ensure that all deliverables are met.

    This position requires a BS degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree, ten (10) years’ experience in product design, development and production release, preferably within the heavy duty truck industry.  Strong understanding of CAD (preferably SolidWorks), competency in MRP and other business systems, knowledge of GD&T, tolerance and feasibility studies is required.  Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.  Knowledge of heavy duty truck, trailer and specialty vehicle suspension systems is preferred.

  • Marketing Intern Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning is currently seeking a part-time Marketing Intern to work two or three days per week in its Mt. Vernon office.  This position will work closely with the Marketing Specialist in providing support for all graphic design and layout needs for marketing publications media and tradeshow materials, as well as for sales and engineering as needed.  Additional desired abilities include shooting and editing product and corporate videos, updating the company website and managing the company YouTube channel.

    This position requires Junior level college with at least a B grade average.  Must be proficient in Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign), must possess skills in Microsoft Office Suite, and have a basic knowledge in printing and electronic publishing processes.  In-field experience is desired.

  • Engineering Intern Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning is currently seeking an Engineering Intern for either its Mt. Vernon or Lafayette office.  This position will work under the technical supervision of the Engineering team.  Duties will include the design and documentation of suspensions for the powered vehicle, trailer and light vehicle markets using SolidWorks CAD and other CAD Software as needed.  Duties may also include modifying/updating existing drawings and documentation to support the customer, manufacturing, purchasing, quality and other department needs.

    Additional duties may include creating and updating BOMs, generating Engineering Change Requests (ECR’s) and managing the ECR process.  This position will also provide support to the R&D Lab with testing and test fixture design.  Any other responsibilities and authorities as directed by the Chief Engineer or his designee.

    This position requires Junior level college, good written and communication skills, Microsoft Office, 3D modeling using SolidWorks and/or other CAD software, attention to detail, and the ability to work alone or in a team setting.  Good attendance is expected.

Plant

  • 1st & 2nd Shift Welders Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning has one 1st Shift and one 2nd Shift Welder positions available in the Mt. Vernon Plant. These positions perform welding maintenance, repair, fabrication and construction on heavy duty suspensions. These positions not only perform manual welding, but also robotic weld duties. Successful candidates must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics and other types of gauges, as well as perform first, last and in-process inspections. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Candidates must demonstrate good basic weld skills and pass a weld test consisting of straight lines, circles, double pass, triple pass and achieve good weld penetration. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in extreme temperatures and to stand for long periods of time. Weld certification is required, and at least one year of experience is preferred.

    These positions require a high school diploma or GED, and candidates must also have attended a Vo-Tech or post graduate welding school, or have attained like experience as a welder with a minimum of one year experience welding.  Must have excellent work history and provide work references.

    Hours are:

    1st Shift – 7am-3pm

    2nd Shift – 3 – 11pm

    Pay is $14.15/hr

  • 1st & 2nd Shift Shipping Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning has 1st & 2nd shift shipping positions available in the Mt. Vernon plant. Positions require the ability to load & unload trucks, load & unload paint line, assemble, pick, pack, palletize, label and ship customer orders. Work involves assembling parts, must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics, torque wrenches and different types of gauges, perform first, last and in-process inspections.  Ability to select correct part & quantity of parts per customer order using bar code gun, pack items in correct size box, load boxed parts on pallet, (one order per pallet), stretch wrap, ticket and ship customer orders based on customer needs and meet the production standard.  Must be able to follow written and verbal directions. Have or obtain a fork truck license. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

    This position requires high school diploma or GED. Must have excellent work history and provide work references. Experience is preferred.

    1st Shift  7am – 3pm

    2nd Shift 3pm – 11pm

    Pay is $13.65/hr + $.20 shift pay.

    This is a Union position.

  • 1st Shift Press Operators Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning has 1st shift press operator positions available in the Mt. Vernon plant. These positions completes work including setup of different dies and shears to produce a variety of parts according to blueprint specifications. Must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, gauges and other measuring tools. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in extreme temperatures and to stand for long periods of time.

    This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Successful candidate must have excellent work history and provide work references. Experience is preferred.

    1st Shift  7am – 3pm

    2nd Shift 3pm – 11pm

    Pay is $13.65/hr + $.20 shift pay

  • 2nd Shift Machine Operator (4 positions) Mt. Vernon, MO

    Reyco Granning LLC has four 2nd Shift Machine Operator positions available in the Mt. Vernon plant. This position requires previous machining experience and ability to set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce parts. Successful candidate must machine parts to blue print specification while meeting the production standard, use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics, and different types of gauges, perform first, last and in-process inspections. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in extreme temperatures and to stand for long periods of time.

    This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Must have excellent work history and provide work references.

    Hours are 3-11 pm.

    Pay is $13.65/hr + $.20/hr shift pay.
